Experience overview
Within Kocaeli’s Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, the digital and ITS component explored technologies capable of improving citywide mobility. The work combined a review of existing ITS, comparison of solution scenarios and a proposed upgrade framework, including Mobility as a Service and electric-vehicle charging considerations.
